My soft close drawer had stopped working. I contacted Essence Cabinets regarding this issue, they promptly replied to my issue and sent out a technician to help with the issue. They promptly replaced the parts, excellent customer service would choose them again for any future work.

In asking around for someone who could build something to better organize our custom over-the-fridge cupboard, Cameron stepped up to do the job. We had an idea and a picture, and in a week he had it built and installed! Wished theyd made the rest of the cupboards - it was so efficient!

Amazing customer service! We have done two projects with them so far. We remodelled our kitchen and our laundry room. Both experiences were easy and smooth. Our designer was knowledgeable and we are very pleased with the end results. Our cabinets are beautiful made and installation was quick and professionally done. We are very pleased and highly recommend their services.

Ive worked with plenty of custom cabinet companies in the past, and Essence is by far the best in Edmonton. Communication, attention to detail, and quality control are a priority for me and they set the bar in all three categories. This is my second time using them this year and I have no complaints. We are a contracting company who have used Essence Cabinets for several projects over the last few years. All have been great experiences. Essence has quality products at great pricing as well as excellent installers and an impressive QA/QC process.
Dane has helped us with many design ideas and Stephen has been fantastic at providing detailed and timely quotations.
Most impressive is the order process and on site inspection post install. Haven't had any confusion with design and they inspect the install to make sure they were no issues. We do restoration work as well and Essence was always helpful even if we just need 1 or two cabinets unlike other suppliers we have dealt with in the past. Can't say enough.

I met with a Stephen and his team for my first renovation to my condo. The helped design and fantastic custom kitchen with an updated layout that looked fantastic. The product was ready on time and was delivered promptly. I was so happy that I used them for my next renovation. Again, great service from start to finish!
