Condo renos: highly recommended
We hired Olive Tree for major high end renos to a downtown condo and minor work on a smaller unit. We're highly satisfied with the outcome. Nathan and his team are highly proficient and handled everyone from electrical to plumbing to tiling. Nathan is excellent at problem solving and at providing alternatives. He created beautiful potlight lightboxes in our main room and bedroom that solved the unit's lighting issues. We were sent regular and detailed updates on the work and a very detailed and accurate estimate.
