I met Cesk when I bought my first fixer upper. It was a daunting project as the home was not cared for for a very long time. There was smoke damage, the previous owners contents, damaged floors, walls and ceilings and even animal leftovers - the house was left in a complete mess.

Cesk managed the whole project and took care of basically everything! He demoed the entire main floor and basement, installed the floors, walls, ceilings, coordinated the tradespeople (electricians, plumber, plumbing, tiling, painters), ensured the renovation was on schedule and always moving forward. He provided endless guidance and because of him, I was able to save so much on a project that should have cost well over $150,000.
