We purchased a number of pieces of furniture from them when outfitting our house in Toronto back in 2011. We started having issues with one of the wood sofa legs (I repaired it several times). My wife reached out to them to see if we could purchase a replacement. They reached out to the manufacturer, who stopped making our sofa style, yet found a spare leg. Cocoon got them to courier to them and they courier it to us at no cost. Amazing. Will definitely be back.
