We needed to have old eaves troughing replaced on our home, and have the existing wood fascia and soffits covered in aluminum. The job was challenging because of the age of the home and the difficult accessibility to the 3rd floor fascia and soffits. Most of the original wooden fascia was so rotted that it had to be replaced with new wood boards, so that there was structure available to attach the new aluminum.
Oswaldo and Alex did a great job. They were always professional in working with us as well as addressing some of our neighbors' concerns.

Green Works Solutions were great from the very start. They were the first company to reply to the quote via the message portal. Oswaldo connected with me by phone and left me a message. I called him back and we arranged for Alex and himself to visit for a quote. They spent over one and a half hours looking at the roof and assessing the pitch, since ours was not a straight forward job.

A few days later they brought the quote over in person. The quote was incredibly thorough with photos and lots of other details. They also provided prices using a range of different shingles. There was no pressure to make a commitment.

The price was fair, not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. The thing that impressed me was the detail of quote, and the fact that they were also part of the roofing crew. They also seemed trustworthy and as the journey continued, I came to trust them even more. They were even there when the bin turned up and was taken away! They tidied up after them and were a pleasure to have at our house.

The roof was complete over the weekend and we are really happy. There was one thing that that Alex was not happy about, so he came back in the week and put it right.

Our eavestroughs were leaking badly in places and thought we were in for a full replacement. Oswaldo and Alex attended shortly after we put in a request to Homestars. They inspected the condition of the eavestroughs and offered three solutions, with repair instead of replacement being their recommendation. They fixed the eavestroughs that same day. They returned the next day to install gutter guards to the eavestroughs on one side of the house.
