My home was majorly under vented which caused all my shingles to lift and water damages to seep in.
My home was built during the 2008-09 housing boom. These gentleman were kind enough to explain how the market grew so fast and with no regulations for people to start roofing companies. There was a ton of errors made in haste. In light of that, there was a building code update in 2009 after my home was already built. Meaning, I couldn't go after the contractors that initially installed it for simple things like no ice n water or paper in my roof.
These guys, fully understanding my situation helped me out so very much. They installed so much sheeting at no additional cost, they even gave me a great rate on the shingle replacement (I checked 4 companies, their pricing was towards the middle). What made their pricing great was not the fact that it was the cheapest, it's the fact that after the job was done. And they put in a bunch of extra work that wasn't even quoted for, they simply wrote off the work and pretended it didn't exist for the billing.
In other words, my final bill ended up being cheaper than the initial estimate!
Words can't explain just how thankful I am for this group of kind people helping me out. Everyone from their book keeper, the workers and even the owners were just so kind the entire time.
I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I can in the future!
