I would definitely recommend Chad and his team! He replaced my basement stairs, promptly repaired a very concerning roof problem, and built a new deck for our front. He did all of this quickly ,efficiently, and with a smile. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and willing to work towards the best price for the desired outcome. I'm already planning my next round of upgrades for the Fall . Finally, someone I can depend on!

Project to build a gate / fence

I'm so grateful I found Chad through Homestars. He built a custom-made gate / fence for our property. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the entire experience and the exceptional results. From start to finish, Chad exhibited remarkable professionalism through his clear communication (he even spoke with our neighbours to address their concerns and reassured them that our project would not affect them) and his reliability (always came on time, completed the project promptly). Overall, Chad provided us with a seamless journey through the project.

I am incredibly grateful for Chad's expertise and would not hesitate to hire him again. I've met and worked with so many contractors for other projects in our home, and Chad has been by far the best. I wish we had found him earlier!

Chad did a great job in dealing with a foundation leak we had. He upgradeed the EavStroff on the roof and did a good insulation job on the foundation wall towards the back yard. He is a very positive and cooperative professional , and we will sur ecall him up for any rennovation or house maintenance work we require. Thanks Chad.
