Egor arrived early and reviewed the steps that he would take to complete the job (i.e., switch the fridge door to the other side, then remove the old dishwasher, etc.) We had three new applicances to install in a a pretty tight space. Egor was friendly and efficient and made sure that we were satisfied with everything before he headed off to his next job. He really seems to enjoy his job and engaging with new people. Prices were reasonable and his manner was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
