Highly recommend Ruben...diag. problem I had immediately with a toilet in small space with rough in of 16 inches. Spent time problem solving issue. Cost was reasonable.
He also changed fixtures and thermostat. He was knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up.
Would definitely hire again for any plumbing problem.
