The shower looks great overall. However, there are a few key issues that keep me from giving this company a full set of stars. For example, the shower pan has fill under part of it and not the rest, so when you step forward you can feel the whole base drop. There is a gap to the floor from the wall. The sales person offered to drop off a piece for me to fix myself over a month ago and then suggested I had to go and meet him. I still dont have it. The shelf was installed at my chin height. They did add another shelf to balance it but this could have easily been avoided. And then their is the issue of the cat. Would I like that piece? Yes. Would I recommend this company Im not sure at this point if I would. Its evident the company is new at the wet-wall side of things and I do think their intentions to do a good job are there. Perhaps I was just an early adopter. Its an expensive lesson however.
