Ebuka was good at communication and my favorite thing is his availability the very next day although Ebuka/Ozone schedule is very busy, which makes me feel they are trying their best to take care of everyone. The repair we requested is general repair AND repair/troubleshooting of appliances and Ebuka is knowledgeable at completing these repairs successfully, this is a huge plus as we just need to deal with 1 vendor. Ebuka also recommended basic maintenance to avoid costly repairs in future, which I appreciate. Although his charges are reasonable, for next time I do recommend providing a cost quote to customer before service, and having some basic parts like bulbs and ladder, this would give the already great service, an upgrade. Thank you!
