I had Vlad and his team remove my old kitchen, replace the flooring everywhere, paint everything, and build a loft bed in the second bedroom.
Vlad is always easy to deal with and very trustworthy, and his crew are always super respectful. I plan to hire him for bathroom renos in the future, and have recommended him a number of times.

Vlad and his team did a great job actualizing our vision after we had recently underpinned our basement. Everything including plumbing, electrical, drywall, full bathroom, custom cabinets, parging the walkout, and any other specifics that popped up along the way were completed with to our expectations. Great work!

Mechica was warmly recommended by neighbours. Vlad responded to our enquiry quickly, the work was soon scheduled, completed efficiently and charged as had been proposed. We found him very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Mechica did quality work for us, consulting regularly on plans and adapting to changes. They show up on time every day, and they are pleasant, organized and clean. Pricing, to my mind, in this high cost environment, was very fair

We cannot recommend Vlad and his team at Mechica highly enough. They renovated our kitchen/main floor 2 years ago and we were so thrilled with it that we had them back for our 3rd floor. They did another brilliant job. They renovated the bathroom, and added a walk-in closet and free-standing tub, shelves, re-floored, painted etc. Vlad is a contractor with a keen design sensibility. We have a 100+ -year-old house, and we loved that he appreciates its old charm and met its challenges (wonky floors, old rads etc) with great ideas and creative solutions. He was also very quick to respond to any issues that arose and we always trusted that we were being treated fairly. The guys are courteous and clean and very skilled at what they do. Amazing team.
