These guys care about the quality of the finished product and their customer's satisfaction. Even did a little extra work for me while they were here at no charge. Hired J&J Plumbing to conduct a repair job, quote process went smooth and arranged to have Jesse attend to fix the issues with a botched bathroom remodel. While in attendance Jesse suggested additional work to be conducted to further correct the issue. I requested a quote for the additional work to be completed, unfortunately the quote never arrived. After numerous texts, emails and phone messages, after 3 weeks I was ignored.

Jesse provided prompt and excellent service, I was pleased with the work conducted but unfortunately the lack of follow-up and communication soured the experience.

Very professional service. The guys really know what they're doing. Went above and beyond to deliver the job in my view. Was dealing with old plumbing pipes and connections that were leaking. That had nothing to do with the new connections he was putting in but helped me fix them anyway. Top notch!

Honestly, don't know how I could be happier! The company called me within seconds of requesting a quote (literally) - the service call was non-urgent but scheduled with 3 days! The gentleman that came was truly that - a gentleman, professional and polite. He was efficient with his work and yet still explained the install.

I had a small job of simply refitting the pipes in my bathroom for a new vanity and set of taps. J & J plumbing was extremely responsive, accommodating to my schedule, very quick with the job and went the extra mile by screwing in the new vanity and attaching the doors without me even asking. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be calling them again when I'm finishing another bathroom in the house.

I have a commercial building in downtown Preston. After several quotes from other companies and a series of no shows, Jesse and Jesse gave me a quote and showed exceptional professionalism.
They fully retrofitted the entire buildings drainage system as well as running all waterlines and added several new amenities such as washer hookups.
The building has 4 apartments and a 3400 sqft commercial space.
They have great workmanship and work ethic. They went above and beyond in dealing with inspections and were always very reliable and accomodating.
