Willow Flooring was outstanding to work with from start to finish. We found hardwood underneath the carpet in the 1950s home we acquired. Will and Arizza responded quickly to our request and took the time to make a thorough initial assessment. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. Will arrived early, was professional, and went above and beyond on many aspects of the job. Even during the unpleasant surprise on the first day of finding rubber cement was used underneath the old carpet, Will stayed positive and worked extremely hard to get the job done. He also left the house spotless and even helped with the clean up the painters left behind. The floors are beautifully refinished, and the care and attention to detail is evident in the work. We would not hesitate to contact their services again if we have any flooring needs.

We had Willow flooring in to replace our old carpet with some luxury vinyl and we are so pleased with the outcome! They did an amazing job and had 3 bedrooms done in a day which is absolutely amazing! We will definitely be recommending them to anyone that asks us. I have nothing but good things to say about working with Will and Arizza (Willow Flooring). Will installed (extended into 2 rooms) approx. 400 sqft of red oak and refinished approx. 1000 sqft on my main floor in the Spring of 2024. Right from my initial meeting with Will, I saw how invested he is at meeting the needs of his customers. He spent an hour with me walking over the project, lifting carpet, identifying things that other contractors had missed, and reviewing my options. Communication leading up to and during the project (mostly with Arizza) was exemplary; I was always aware of project status, be it delivery of the hardwood floor through daily updates as the project was underway. Will's workmanship was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Will is a master at what he does. He is meticulous, professional, punctual and the final product was top-notch. Selecting a contractor when you don't know them is daunting, however, I definitely made the right choice in Willow Flooring; Will and Arizza were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. Willow Flooring was absolutely amazing, very professional , with 25 years experience took their time to go through colour matches for what was a right fit for my house. It was started and completed with the dates given. The job was completed with perfection.

Will & Arizza are amazing to work with. From the consultation straight through to the flooring delivery they have been wonderful. We are installing ourselves but they've been very helpful with picking a good fit for us, answering our questions and offering advice. The product we purchased is not only beautiful but easy to work with. Right from the first conversation the customer service has been outstanding, the prices are excellent and their willingness to work with us on delivery times was very much appreciated. A wonderful addition to our town!

Had the absolute pleasure of hiring Will to refinish the floors and replace the baseboards and trim of my 1958 bungalow. They were in terrible shape! He arrived exactly as scheduled and got right to work. There was minimal dust and no mess. He was finished when he said he would beamazing compared with other contractors weve had. And the result was transformativethe floors look way better than the new flooring we were considering. Will also had to fix a hole in the floor where a heating duct was removed. He stitched it in beautifully so we cant even tell where it was!! I would highly recommend Will for any refinishing and woodworking jobs. He really cares about the finished product and giving you the look you want! Ive included a couple of before and after pics to show the area where the floor was the worstand how it turned out. Truly amazing!

Our house had a previous poor job of refinishing with a very red undertone that dated the house. We also had a outdated tile floor at the entrance that aged it even more. We looked into a few companies and decided for Willow flooring because of the competitive price and because of Will and Arizza. They are very attentive and answer all our questions in a timely manner. From the first time we met them we felt confident on their expertise and that they cared and would give us the best service possible. The house looks amazing now and we could not be more happy!
