We hired Kelvin and his team to renovate two bathrooms, remove wallpaper, remove popcorn ceiling, install engineered hardwood flooring, hardwood stairs and new balusters. They did a great job and Kelvin is very accommodating.

The Markham Renovations team gutted my entire apartment and rebuilt it from scratch. I found the work excellent, and still recommend them today. I always get compliments when people walk in.

They are accepting of constructive criticism, and make changes no questions asked. They are quick, honest, and stay within time estimations (very rare these days).

As first time home buyers we had our whole condo renovated before moving in. Kelvin and his team were amazing to work with, very fast, efficient and skilled at what they do. This was our first renovation and a bit of a stressful time for us, but Kelvin was always available for any questions or concerns we had and very patient in explaining things to us. Easy, reliable, polished, and affordable sums up what its like working with Kelvin and team. They did our Masters Bath and its still one of my favourite spaces in our home. They did such an excellent job that after a year of wear, it still looks like new. Workmanship aside, Kelvin is very easy to reach if you have any questions, communicative with project timelines and needs so you can plan accordingly, transparent and flexible with any surprise jobs that come up (hell give you alternatives, including one that wont cost you), and has gone out of his way to help get us discounts through a tile supplier that are not his. If you do decide to push through with him, you won't regret it. Ask for Simon if hes available. Hes amazing, experienced, and hes got the magic hands.
