I cannot express enough how blown away I am by the incredible service we received from the best flooring company in all of Ottawa! From the moment they stepped into our home, I knew we were in good hands. With over 10,000 sqft of luxurious mahogany hardwood floors to install, I was worried about the process being stressful and potentially disruptive to our daily lives. However, this team made it an absolute breeze!
Not only did they provide excellent communication and tailored service to our unique needs, but they also offered daily updates on the progress, so we always knew exactly where we stood. Plus, they kept our entire house immaculately clean as they worked. And the finished product? Oh my! Nothing short of breathtaking! Our floors are so stunning that guests cannot help but remark on them every time they come over.
