Great price, speedy delivery and great communication. However, what really made my experience exceptional was the professional way that Tom handled the website issue that prevented me from being able to set up an account. Incredibly fast and courteous response to my query, very helpful and he even emailed me to tell me when it was fixed so I could log in to my account. In my opinion, it is how well companies deal with issues which really shows how good (or in some cases bad!) they are.
