Pride Duct cleaning

Vents are still dirty, our furnace worked great, now doesnt work properly. And it sparks. Wouldnt come back to check things out. Told us to fix it instead.

Poorest service ever. They hired a marketing company that will mention a different name with better reviews and eventually a different company with one star review will show up for the job. Please don't call them for any job. The reps who showed up are not at all polite and will mess up your entire house. Not very professional people to work with.

They are not professional. I booked the service at 4pm and came at 7pm. They dont have the proper vacuum cleaner, they have air pipe which was blowing whole dust in the house. Now the house is more dirty before it was much cleaner. They didnt clean the mess. They dont know how to close the vent. They told it will 60-90 minutes but finished in 35 minutes. Asked for sanitization they told we put it in furnace. Horrible experience. Genuine experience no one should take there experience. Waste of money.

They quoted $100 and later they said they need to brush which will cost extra and charged 463 when I called them for feedback they never responded I also sent a message for which they was no reply. This was my first time doing the duct cleaning service and they will trick you never go with them.

They cleaned my duct and suggested they will need to clean the furnace as well..after the cleaned it and they left..I noticed that no air is coming out from my vents. It turns out they broke the fan on my furnace. The guy sad they will come back..bu never did.

First thing they said was other work needed to be done and price went up. Insisted on Cash after completion. Such a huge gross mess left behind !!

While we agreed to a price for duct work to be done, the company claimed, after doing the work, that the actual cost was higher. In addition, the company did not clean up the mess created by cleaning the ducts.

Aleeza and Usman were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They provided a proper cleaning of our Air Duct as well as our Dryer Vent.
