We trusted our guest bathroom renovation to Porcelain Castle Bathrooms and we are happy we did. Kosta and Daria really went out of their way to make sure we love our new bathroom. At the initial appointment they gave a few suggestions, and I am glad we listened. Our new bathroom turned out better than we initially thought and we now use that shower more often than the one in our ensuite. During the project Daria was in touch every day to keep me in the loop on the kind of work to be done that day and even though all the loud and dusty work was done outside, it was still very good to know since I work from home and it was a full teardown, which had quite some noise to it.
Even though my husband and I picked out the tile and mosaics we wanted right away, like any renovation, some things come up and in our case it was a delay in faucet and accessories delivery, I really had my mind set on. Porcelain Castle team had then tweaked our schedule to accommodate that. From the get-go the timelines were realistic, on budget and on schedule, we even had our new bathroom two days earlier than the quoted date. Thanks guys!
