We had a water leakage last year that spoiled our main floor, wooden flooring and it was literally raining in the basement. The living room flooring and basement renovation was done by Kaeron and team following that incident. We must say, that we are loving the new space, every bit of it. Minor detailing and finishing was kept in mind, as well as our budget, and we now have an excellent brand new cozy space to chill. Cannot thank enough. Totally trustworthy and blindly recommended.

Kaeron and his team brought our basement from an unliveable cave to a beautiful living space, 3 piece bathroom, and utility area with a walk-out. The work involved wall removals and replacement of load bearing structures. They also installed new oak stairs and banister.
They are very responsive and precise in their work, and just nice people.

We have already asked Kayden contracting back again to add a fence and deck in our back garden.

Communication throughout was helpful. Dedication to completing the job on schedule and on budget was met. The team was tidy and clean environment. Provided suggestions for lower cost alternatives and guidance on where to source good products. Had creative solutions as well as resourceful approaches to problems that arose. And there were many with our home.
