James is extremely courteous and a good communicator, which is greatly appreciated in this day and age! He is committed to being timely and doing a good job - complete with covering our floors to protect them. He even matched a paint colour on our wall so that he could fix a crack and not have to paint the entire room. Work was completed on time and as described. He listens well and will do his best to accommodate whatever work you'd like to get done.
