Recently, my wife and I had an issue with bubbling paint on a portion of the ceiling in our primary bedroom. After putting an initial request out on the HomeStars site, Theo quickly contacted me and personally came out to our house within a couple of hours to have an in-person inspection of the situation. Having a strong feeling it might be some form of water/moisture problem, he headed directly to our attic. Suspecting an issue with our vents, he then turned his attention to our roof and discovered two of the vents with holes, caused by animals. Theo was quick to effectively repair and seal the holes in the vents before turning his attention to our bedroom ceiling. He did an outstanding job in repairing our ceiling, cutting out the damaged area and replacing it with drywall, followed by mudding, sanding and painting. In fact, he not only re-painted the ceiling but the entire room.
The work Theo performed was flawless and my wife and I are extremely impressed with his diligence and eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Theo at Yung T Custom Carpentry.
