Minor gutter work to repair a leak on my front stairs

I hired Jeremy (Jones Gutter Company) to repair an issue with my roof where the snow melt was landing on my front stairs and freezing causing safety issues. I was impressed with Jeremy's promptness in communicating throughout the process, and his follow-up post completion of the work to explain what his team did, what were the issues, and what to pay attention to in the future (now that spring has sprung).
