K3 Masonry

I hired K3 after deciding to try Homestars to find a reliable and honest contractor to do my brick work and they were outstanding. The price was fair, they showed up until the job was completed and it looked amazing. They were professional and prompt and I couldnt be happier. Every neighbour on the street has walked by admiring the work that was done. I will load a picture after the vinyl is done to show the completed job. Thank you Shane! Shane arrived at our home punctually, gave us an honest and professional evaluation, thorough detailed explanation of work involved, guaranteed his work and a detailed written quote. He also explained his qualifications ( red seal) and work history. The day of the parging, he went above and beyond what he said he would do. He did extra work on our window sills and cement cracks in order to make our home look 9freshly done and polished. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very skilled. At the end of his long work day , he called us out to inspect his work. It is evident he takes great pride in his profession and in completing his job with great skill. Job well done and we highly recommend him!

As someone who has worked in Contracting, many of us experienced horror stories of contractors going over budget, over schedule, and poorly communicating. Not with K3 though.

I could not be more satisfied with the K3 Masonry for the work on my complete home renovation. I had Shane perform 3 projects around my house over a 1 year period. Cutting out 2 new windows in a block and brick basement foundation, lintels, sils and reinstallation of trim bricks. Cutting out an 8' wide patio door from a brick and block foundation lintels, sils and reinstallation of trim bricks. Replacement of a 30' section of 4 courses of brick that were deteriorating at the bottom the a wall at the foundation. K3 has been my best contractor to deal with to date. He comes when he is scheduled on time. Completes the work as discussed and per contract. leaves the workplace neat and clear as he found it or better. Pricing is more than fair for the work involved with pride of workmanship evident in what he does. Ive dealt with a lot of contractors in my years of construction and would not hesitate to recommend him for any Masonry work. If i have any future work required i am confident using him again without hesitation.

Great experience with K3 Masonry. Our chimney needed repair, Shane rebuilt the top bricks and installed a new cap and repointed the rest of the bricks. Left the worksite clean. Exceptional workmanship! Would highly recommend K3.
