Beware if you have stamped concrete
I wanted to like this company, however I ran into way too many issues.
The quote and everything was smooth sailing, got a fair value for the railings I wanted. Was quick to respond to any questions I had.
The issues came with installation. The guys were friendly and prompt. But quality assurance and attention to detail was really lacking. The railings that were drilled for my stairs did not line up and match on the last step. The blame was on my uneven concrete. If that was the case, let me know before you drill it into my concrete and leave an unaligned railing. But no communication was made.
2 glass panels were scratched and needed to be replaced a few days later. If I didn't find those scratches, nothing would have been done.
And the biggest upset was when they drilled into my new stamped concrete stairs, the vibrations took the purging off the face of my stairs. They never said anything with the damages until I found it after I left. When messaging the manager, he apologized and said due to the vibrations, it could cause damages. He knew of the possiblility of the damages created, yet never warned me before taking my job.
I don't like how the transparency isn't there with this company. Knowing of damages, and just hoping you don't notice when they leave.
Just be warned if you have stamped concrete, ask about the possibility of cracks and damages when they drill in.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will work hard to improve.
The issue with the concrete staircase may have been caused by insufficient installation before, which led to it coming loose. This is a rare occurrence. It was indeed our fault that our installation team did not notice the problem in time, but we have since provided compensation.
