Chris from solid plumbing did an amazing job assessing the problem we had with our water heater. He explained the possible causes and went on the repair the product. Everything works great now. He helped educate me on the product and how to keep it well maintained. Highly recommend this company and so glad I found them as I will be a permanent customer moving forward. It's hard to find honest and reliable plumbers.

Very thorough in checking manufactures instructions on installation and gas conversion. Did a free inspection of all plumbing and gas fixtures in the house and recommended I call a previous contractor to redo work that was against code.
