Sameey and his team did a complete renovation of our two-storey home: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, stairs, flooring, doors, baseboards and trim, popcorn ceiling removal, all new light fixtures, pot light install and also assisted in coordinating built-ins throughout as well as window and door replacement. We are very happy with our final result!

Sameey and his team were awesome to work with! We wanted a modern and customized bathroom with a larger space and Sameey was able to break down the existing wall divider between the toilet room and the sink and create a larger space. We are happy to have worked with Sameey because of his customer servicing, knowledge, communication, and transparency. His team was cordial, professional, did a good job of tidying up everyday, and was always open to feedback to accommodate any adjustments. We were very happy with the results and would recommend Sameey to anyone looking to remodel areas of their home.

Insane Design and Build did a great job renovating my basement. I find him to be reliable, approachable and very professional. He had good workmanship and was quite happy to discuss changes or additions as the project progressed. I would definitely recommend him for basement renovation. I was particularly impressed with a customized mirror/fireplace and bookshelf that he built.
