Jordan was prompt on responding after I emailed about a leak and he was on site and fixing the issue only a few hours later. He asked enough questions to know what was needed for the job, and he explained what he was doing and fixed the leak quickly. He also explained what was the likely cause of the leak and why it happened, then checked the remaining piping in the vicinity to make sure it was all good. I'm grateful for the prompt and professional service!
