Purchasing a Condo we were torn if an inspection was worth it or not. Our realtor recommended Dan and we decided it was worth it being our first home purchase. He exceeded every expectation we had and we would recommend him to anyone looking to get an inspection done. His attention to detail and knowledge was amazing. He has given us so much guidance and information above what we would have assumed an inspection would have covered. His services are worth every penny! I thought the reviews were too good to be true but he is the real deal.
