The booking process was easy and straightforward, and the customer service was top-notch. Jacob was very friendly, reached out via WhatsApp to finalize bookings and to check-in during the clean.
On the day of the cleaning, Marlet arrived on time and got straight to work. She was friendly, professional, and respectful of my home and belongings. I was impressed with her attention to detail and the thoroughness of her work. She didn't miss a single spot and left my home looking and smelling fresh and clean.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the cleaning service. I decided to give it a try because of the promotional rate they had going on but honestly after this experience, promo or not I'll be calling Marlet back. The regular price for a deep clean is extremely reasonable as well. She exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend Spotless Vibes to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service. Five stars all the way!
