I had a VERY pleasant experience with Joe! He was great! Very efficient and reliable. He explained everything thoroughly and he broke down the cost for me in detail (didnt jut throw a lump sum at me).
I actually changed our installation date two times on him (for unforeseen circumstances)and he showed up on my new date on such short notice because he knew I really needed to get the job done. The quality of carpet He helped me choose was fantastic! He also upgraded the underpaid I chose at no additional cost! He was so helpful! I will certainly recommend Joe to any family and friends.
