I hired Improve Reno for kitchen renovation in condo that included cabinet rrplacement, granite and backsplash work, flloors tiles replacement, electrical, plumbing, painting, other work. I am very happy with the result and there were 2 factors that did make the difference:
1) project manager Ahnad was on the top of everything, he was 24 x 7 available, knew everything what was going on, synchronize my schedule with the contractors, and was checking the progress and quality of work few times per day
2) all subcontractors who worked on my projects were above my expectation. They adjusted their work on fly based on my last second requests, were very punctual and very professional dealing not only with me, but with condo management.
One area for improvement: my personal preferences would be payment by Credit Card that was not an option. Perhaps e-transfer that I had to use works better for other customers.
