Our oven was taking over an hour to preheat to 350. In less than 30 minutes during the first visit the technician tested that the top element was not heating up and documented the part number to be ordered for replacement. In the second visit a week later, the technician changed out the heating element and now the oven preheats to 350 in about 20 minutes.
