Scope of work - complete framing and drywall as per the design approved by City of Mississauga. The build included metal framing, drywall and fire rated ceilings over resilient channels.

We engaged Carre Parfait to complete the work for us. Paulo turned up on time for the initial scoping and estimation. On our very first conversation his vast experience with construction was obvious. Paulo's knowledge on framing techniques, materials and tools was far superior to the other Contractors we had assessed. Paulo was able to use the Architect's blueprints to accurately estimate the material and help with the procurement.

Paulo and his team turned up on time every day during the build with the best of breed tools. Not a single fixture was made without using laser levels, this resulted in beautiful perfectly aligned frames with minimal space wasted. We had special requests like special ports for heat registers, wall nooks etc. and were completed with precision.

The work was meticulously completed on time and passed all inspections.
