In our standard carpet cleaning visits we do the following:

Conduct a walk-through of your home or business with you to discuss areas of specific concern.
We pre-spray carpets in common areas with cleaning solution (top secret formula) and disinfectant (IF REQUIRED).
We move furniture (sofas, chairs, etc.) and spray behind.
We apply our rotating agitator on carpets to bring soil to the surface and massage cleaning solution into the carpet pile.
We use our steam wand to clean behind furniture, and then return furniture to original positions, placing plastic carpet protectors underneath to minimize marking as carpet dries.
We steam clean remaining common areas starting from the furthest point and working back towards point of entry.
We finish by applying our control and/or scotch guard if required.

In addition to carpet cleaning we also steam clean area rugs. We can provide this service onsite at your location; however, customers who drop off and pick up their rugs from our shop receive 20% off!

Pro-One Carpet & Duct Cleaning is ready to respond when catastrophes strike. We're on call and able to provide Emergency Water Extraction and Sanitation services, even after hours. In such cases

For cases where sewage may be present, we work with a plumber to ensure the problem does not reoccur. We do not SANITIZE any surface contaminated by sewage (we will deodorize it). For biological waste we will recommend replacement and suggest a disaster restoration company for removal or replacement of affected areas.

Upholstery Cleaning:

Our walk-through inspection and process for cleaning upholstery is essentially the same as for cleaning carpets. We also perform a colorfast test before cleaning to ensure that the color integrity of your furniture's fabric is maintained. Drying time is approximately 45 minutes.

The following steps are taken to care for leather upholstery:

We scrub in leather cleanser with horse hair brush, then towel off.
We apply leather conditioner with a soft towel.
We let the leather air dry.
Note: Suede furniture must be dry cleaned!

Portable Duct Cleaning UnitWe set up our portable duct cleaning equipment right next to your furnace, where we can maintain a higher level of air pressure and suction to remove all the dirt from your ductwork.

Other services may use truck-mounted systems that can generate more suction pressure, but they need to do that because their equipment is set up so much farther away in either your driveway or on the street.

When performing our standard duct cleaning services we do the following:

We conduct a walk-through of your home, counting and placing paper blockers on each vent (Hot & Cold returns).
We attach our dual reverse blower unit (vacuum) to the cold air return.
We place a blocker in the filter spot, separating the hot side from cold return side.
We start at the furthest point on the cold return side and work back towards the furnace using an air compressor to blow and agitate soil and debris into the soil bag attached to the furnace.
The process is repeated for the hot side.
With the vacuum still on, we return to the furthest point and fog a sanitizer throughout your system.
We patch all access panels.
We replace filter.

Dryer Vent Cleaning:
If your dryer takes longer to get through a load of laundry, or you need to do an extra cycle to get fabrics dry and ready for folding, you may have a dirty and clogged dryer vent.

Lint build-up in dryer vents is not unusual. When you use your clothes dryer, lint from clothing and other fabrics is sucked up by the dryer fan motor eventually settling on the vent hose outside. In time, this lint build-up gets thicker affecting your dryer’s performance.

We Give Your Tiles a "Like-New" Appearance
Our standard Tile & Grout cleaning service is performed over two appointments.

In our first appointment we do the following:

Apply cleaning solution to tile.
Agitate with electric rotor.
Hand scrub grout with scrub brush.
Extract cleaning solution using our Truck Mounted unit.
Apply Neutralizer to tile and grout.
Extract Neutralizer with Truck Mounted unit.
Set up fans for 5 to 10 minutes to accelerate the drying process.
Schedule second appointment with you.
We schedule a second appointment to inspect your tile and grout after it has completely dried. Generally, the second visit is only necessary as a "touch up" appointment. Whenever possible, we usually schedule our second visit to occur approximately 24 hours after our first appointment with you.
