From the beginning to end, A&R development team have been delightful. They offered a custom home building process that was turn key, from finding the lot, applying for permits, designing the home, and building the home itself. They are able to build a home that is one-of-a-kind and also are able to come up unique and cost-effective solutions to any challenges that came along the way.

Custom Build House.

I highly recommend A&R Developments if you're looking to build a custom house anywhere in GTA. As a first-time home buyer who wanted to build a custom house, we weren't sure about the process, but Raja and Muhammad helped us professionally. and took us through each process. Construction was on time, they Finishes the house as per the contract date. They do offer free quotes as well.

Raja & Muhammad were amazing to deal with from beginning to keys being handed over and post construction care. They were on top of their trades and made sure the build process was smooth for our family. They were on time and on budget.
