I'm undergoing some major renovations and Daniel has explained the entire process to me every step of the way and even did his own research for any questions i had. Daniel will not steer you in the wrong way and is very honest in his assessments and you won't find excuses with him or extra unforseen costs.
A side note I have lost a lot of money in renovations with companies not doing what they said they would do in the 15 years I've been doing this. Including companies here on home stars. I found Daniel as a result of my bad experiences with these one stop shop companies that say will do everything. Communication is very key when working with anyone and if you find the contractor is doing or not doing what was communicated then that's when it's too late but not with Daniel's company. I never felt like that once.
