Dryer service was good

Appliance Repair review in Brampton

Our dryer stopped working unexpectantly. I called JK appliance repair and within half an hour a service man was here. In about fifteen minutes the service man diagnosed the problem and half an hour later it was fixed, and the dryer was extremely clean. Very nice work

Fridge repair

Appliance Repair review in Brampton

Vivek was incredibly professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable of this and all appliance service.
Arrived in required time and was punctual.
Situation was dire and an emergency as fridge was warming quickly.
Vivek had parts next business day, was onsite at time discussed and repair completed quickly saving us from the episisode of replacing appliances.
Highly reccomended and very reasonably priced.
This is my go to Appliance Service Company going forward.

Amazing over-the-top service

We needed a gasket replaced in our washer. I had already purchased the gasket, but discovered that replacing it would be a ridiculous amount of work. We hired Vivek at JK Appliance Repair for a fixed price of $180.
He came during a massive downpour and did the work, but just as he was finishing, I noticed that our rec room was flooded with 2 inches of water. He tracked down where the water was coming in from outside, helped me block it, and helped move/save everything in my basement. Then he didn't want to accept any extra payment.
Amazing guy! Amazing service.

dishwasher diagnosis and repair

This guy is a joke. He came, pulled out the dishwasher and said it needs new motor part. Three days later, I called him and he hadn't put the order in. Five days later I called him because he hadn't called me back, he said he had a fever and wasn't working.Nine days later, I asked about the part and he said he needed cash up front.
