JK Appliance Repair was the first company to respond, and follow up! Vivek provided same-day service, and was competitive with other quotes received. He was able to diagnose the issue, and while he didn't have the exact part on hand (my dryer is quite old), he was able to get the correct part by the next day (earlier than promised!), and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. He also was very knowledgeable on the different dryers out there, and made recommendations not based on making additional sales, but on what he felt was the best solution for me, which was very much appreciated!
