Replaced an old deck. They completed deck on schedule and on budget. It turned out exactly as expected!

I've used Riley for 4 or 5 years doing openings & closings plus miscellaneous stuff.

When it came time to replace my aging dock he was the logical choice.

I also had 3 sets of access stairs replaced and the ground around the front of the cottage smoothed to cover excessive tree roots.

Plus - due to an expanding family I had a large tent platform built to house the older kids. This also doubles as an entertainment deck.

Riley & Jordan have good contacts and they arranged for an electrician to run power to the new platform/deck as well as to the dock for a bubbler.

We are very happy with the work that has been done so far and I will not hesitate to use D&H for future projects.

Riley and Jordan were amazing to work with. Their estimate was completed within 24hrs and their was only an increase which they kept me abreast of when I clarified the dimensional increase. They worked in a timely manner and their workmanship is impeccable. A wonderful story is when I asked them to include an add-on where the close line is so that my 80 year mother would no longer have to deal with steps to hang laundry. And as you can see in the picture they made it look seamless and re-hung the line. You will not go wrong hiring D&H Construction.

Riley & Jordan were absolutely wonderful to work with. I really felt like they were as excited about the job as I was, not only about bringing an amazing project to life, but also to get it done RIGHT.

The biggest struggle I have is that our property is a fully tenanted multifamily building so it was important to me that the site be left clean at all times to ensure that the tenants could continue living their life as normally as possible throughout the construction.

They took this request seriously and make sure to clean off all walkways each day and organize their building materials in neat piles. I was very impressed!

At the end of the project when it was all completed I was astonished by their attention to detail. I am in the real estate industry, so any small scratch, imperfection or unlevel piece drives me absolutely WILD. I have to say, when I look at their construction it completely satisfies my OCD.

Lastly, I should mention we were working on a tight deadline, with not too much leeway for delays in the construction. Riley and Jordan showed up when they promised they would be there and finished when they expected they would as well!

Overall I am extremely satisfied with their workmanship and trustworthiness. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to Riley & Jordan for making my property look amazing!

D&H Construction built us a beautiful fence around our pool that made our back yard look amazing! AND...Our custom gates are more gorgeous than we expected! We can honestly say that we didn't realize how much it would change the landscape. We are very happy with their work and professionalism.
