Huseyin did a great job doing repairs from a leaking toilet. The joist underneath the toilet had been cut by a previous owner, causing the floor to sag and toilet to leak. He reinforced the subfloor and joist to prevent this from happening again, then made sure the leak was fixed. Was really happy and would definitely hire him again - he even offered to fix some other caulking in the bathroom and do other minor unrelated tasks while he was here.

They are reasonably priced, but they made mistakes that cost me money, and what they called the job completed had 112 deficiencies.

In my 500SQF apartment, these include a bath tap that was just shoved on the water pipe and not secured. The dishwasher was loose, and there were newly installed skirting boards with unfinished edges, messy grout around tiles, dripping paint marks, and unpainted doors and frames.

Also, most importantly, they never apologize for their mistakes. For example, the loose bath tap, I just received the note, "The shower faucet maybe missing a screw." Even though I shared a video where the whole tap could be pulled off.

huseyin changed my flooring in my office and did a great job from start to finish. he was professional in communicating the entire time and kept the job site clean. I am very happy with my flooring and would recommend him. Defiantly I will have my next projects taken care by him. thank you huseyin.
