It was a very friendly atmosphere when we arrived with my wife looking for the flooring change of our home bedrooms. The staff were knowledgeable and gave us a good attention in terms of advising us on the right products for the application.

I recently had a project to replace the carpet flooring in four bedrooms of my house with wood flooring. After researching and requesting quotes from three different stores, Ali from Flooreno was the first to respond. He promptly arranged a free quote appointment and visited my home to assess the floors. During his visit, Ali thoroughly explained the materials and installation process, ensuring I understood every detail.

The following day, Hussein from Flooreno provided me with a detailed quote. Impressively, they accommodated my special requests by customizing the agreement to my satisfaction. The installation team was highly professional throughout the entire process. They completed the project on time, employing efficient and smart methods.

My experience with Flooreno has been exceptionally positive. Their attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and professional execution have left a lasting impression. I am delighted with the outcome of this project and eagerly look forward to engaging Flooreno for future projects.

Flooreno completed my renovation on new flooring in my condo and kitchen. I was extremely satisfied with the service and level of work. From start to finish the process was seamless. Our project involved getting rid of the carpet in the second floor hallway and stairs. We got hardwood floors installed with new handrail and balusters. We also got rid of the popcorn ceiling in the second floor and first floor hallways. We then decided last minute that we wanted to change the living/dining room floors to match the stairs. We also got rid of the popcorn ceiling in these rooms and got pot lights installed in the living room. We then decided to get all of these areas painted as well.

The team started 3 weeks after we accepted our original contract and finished this project within 2 weeks. My family and I couldn't be happier after completion of this project. It looks stunning!

Couple of things worth mentioning:
(1) I was given two options. Either pay the entire contract in full or pay it in parts before each job was started. I decided to pay for the project in parts and use my credit card as I wanted the points. The only drawback was that I had to drive to a Dragona Flooring in Scarborough to use my credit card.
(2) We had originally picked Torino hardwood floors. After install, we were shocked that the flooring wasn't the colour we had chosen. It was then apparent that Torino had at least a couple of different colours. It seems that the colour of the floors chosen for us were either based on what was considered the "basic" Torino or based on popularity. Now I understand that it is solely our responsibility and it was my lack of experience that caused this issue but some form of communication clarifying the colour first would have helped avoid this situation. Regardless, I brought this up to Hussein and he discussed with me how much it would cost to have them changed again. He provided an incredibly reasonable price but due to time, we decided to keep the floors. And we are glad that we did as the floors are really nice.

Despite this "happy" mistake, we will be using this company again for another project in this house as well as referring them to friends and family.

Installer are professionally. I paid 1000 advance before intalled one day. I received a call after paid a amount our policy is that paid full amount in advance that i dont like it. Normally amount will paid after the service.

I have had a very positive experience dealing with Hassan, the owner from start to finish. Hussein who is responsible for the installation work was great to work with. Ali and Ibrahim who came to install the flooring were very professional and put all my furniture back in place when they were done. I would highly recommend dealing with FloorReno.

Honestly the best Customer service from the start to a finish, great guys at the store, wonderful installer and he did such a wonderful job.
