I had drain valve was leaking, created mould in basement.bedroom. Philips fixed my problem, replacing drainage pipe very professionally. Addition to that he broke the wall areound that are to make sure that there is mo leackage thru wall. Due to the water leackage, carpet under pads were damaged, he replaced under pad, put new drywall and painted the whole room. I work as a condominium Manager and we had a flood that affected 12 units all in different capacities As well as some of the common area. Precise contracting was involved in every aspect from the cleanup and removing flooring drywall and baseboards wherever necessary and then move forward with the renovation portion repairing drywall painting replacing flooring.
This was all done a very timely and organized fashion and all will be able to work with the residents who felt very comfortable and were extremely happy with the repairs as well as the crew doing the work.
They provide excellent work and service and I use them as my primary contractor as they are dependable !

Precise contracting excited my expectations. They went above and beyond. Philip and his crue were quick efficient and meticulous with their work. We used them to redo our ensuite washroom and kids bathroom. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. They were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Precise can do any job large or small. Workmen ship is always excellent, I have never had a problem! They treat each project with care like they were working on their own home.
As a condominium manager One of the biggest issues is in-suite work and dealing with the residents. I have found that Precise has always been accommodating and residents have only positive feed back!
