Ed, his sons, and the rest of his team were a joy to work with, right from the start. He was referred to me with high regard by a colleague. Typically, I would get at least 3 quotes on any project that I am undertaking. In this case, the referral, plus the initial meeting with Ed, was all that I required to make a decision to move forward on my downstairs bathroom renovation. Total construction time (demolision down to the existing studs) was only 9 days!! Not only was the project done on time, but it was on budget. Ed & HQ refuse to do less than a top quality job. We needed a two piece bathroom on our main floor. Nicos computer design showed us the best location and, with his illustrated options, allowed us to optimize features. The design included valuable features that other bidders did not include, and Ed price was less than his competitors!
HQs materials were high quality and the crew were top-notch. Ed was present on-site daily to observe progress, direct future work and act as liaison between us and his crew.

We had the greatest experience with HQ Construction. Ed and his team have exceed our expectations not just on delivering us a well functional basement kitchen but also they are outstanding in customer service and managing our expectations. They guided us from start to finish. From design, materials to use, coordinating work schedules, subcontractors, and everything else in between and involved.

I've gone through 7 contractors asking for a quote. All of them came back to me with either a piece of paper with a price of the job or a quote through facebook messenger. I was told that to get a formal quote we edd to make a downpayment or deposit. I think me and my husband are easily judged by our age. We're a young couple and contractors sometimes think we're just scouting and so we're only a waste of time. This is the difference we felt when we first met with Ed. He treated us with respect and always remind us that we are the owner of our own home. That we should take pride of what we put in it specially because it is a significant investment.

HQ Construction is very transparent, prompt and responsive. Their pricing is fair and aligned with the rest of the quotes I got.
