Worker was on time and waited 15 minutes for me to show up without complaining. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done immediately. They even shuffled around another job to accommodate me.

It's often a hit and miss in choosing the proper contractor and especially critical when it comes to plumbing. You don't want to have different parties fix problems from work done poorly. Well, Pipe Experts are the pinnacle of plumbing. Paul knows the craft and it shows in the details. No leaks in installing hammer arresters and zero problems when attending to faulty furnace valves. They are trustworthy and simply excellent in what they do. Gets my highest recommendations.

I had a water pressure unstable proble. Paul did a perfect work. Now the water pressure is stable. Paul also cleared the work place after his work. Total 6 parts and 7 interfaces. Plus laber, total cast $525 inclcude tax. I recommend this company and Paul who is really Pipe Experts. And I also want to say Thanks to reception lady. Because my English is not very good and first time using the homestars system, I made a lot of mistakes, but she give me many help and a special discount. I appreciate her patience and kindness. A very disappointing (turd-sized) lump of material was removed from the kitchen trap by the pleasant plumber sent by the landlord after our previous strenuous attempts to remove it with two gallons of Draino and plungers failed. His visit lasted about 20 minutes. The water began to back up again the next day. The next plumber we called spent two hours, had to break through drywall to deal with pipe anomalies, and he had to use a heavy duty snake to reach a significant clog 15' down the pipe that stretched outside our apartment in an older building. He said that it had formed over time from any or all of the other suites, but the landlord insists it was a second clog and that we caused it, based on the fact of the first visit, and that we must foot the bill. No thanks from me, Pipe Experts!

Had a blocked toilet. The plumber Paul who showed up at our home was a very personable and professional. We requested a drain replacement for our bathroom sink once we were having work done on the toilet. when Paul came back with the estimate, which included the parts, I found the number reasonable. Two days after the work was completed the toilet developed a small leak between the water tank and the toilet pedestal. I messaged The Pipe Experts and they came back immediately and replaced a worn out washer which fixed the problem permanently. This was at no extra cost. I think their care to ensure the job was perfect and not leave me hanging was a great measure of their quality of care and i plan to use them for any emergencies going forward.
