TOOK MY MONEY AND WENT INTO HIDING
Email transferred $350 for SNOW REMOVAL service.
No service was provided nor completed, and a refund was promised.
Gave them ample time to send the money back. Still no refund. Doesn't respond to messages once money is sent in, has provided nothing but excuses, and has now resorted to completely ignoring messages.
The phone number provided is also out of service. (I wonder why?)
Nothing about this company anywhere other than on Facebook and here on HomeStars. Seems I'm not the first to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I made it easy for them to provide my refund through an Interac transfer. They refused the request and blocked further requests, which to me confirms they had no intention of refunding me. I'm almost certain they knew their intentions from the beginning. Still waiting on my refund...
