I highly recommend Saman Construction Corp to anyone seeking help with their home renovation projects. They were professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use my budget most effectively.
The quality of workmanship was excellent and they were always true to their word in all aspects, including showing up when promised.

I have worked with many Contractors over the years, but I must say Saman Construction Corp is the most honest and sincere of all the others.

We had a 3 week timeline to finish our basement as we had guests coming from abroad on short notice. Mohammad and his team were more than happy to accommodate our needs and went a great length to ensure the project was finished in a timely manner. Although working with a tight deadline, they worked with extreme precision and made certain that we were consulted at every stage - from design, to construction, to finishing touches that made the space unique to us. We will definitely be working with them in the future to renovate other parts of our house!

Everyone with whom I worked at Saman Construction was professional. They did the estimate, handled the early phases of the job, and were quick and efficient for the rest of the project. The team was very helpful with the design, color coordination, lighting and sourcing the most appropriate material to design the kitchen and living room. The project manager and the rest of the crew were punctual, professional, and hard-working. Job done in the amount of time they quoted and they cleaned up well afterwards.

Their help was very valuable to me. I would definitely recommend Saman Construction to anyone looking to remodel and renovate their houses.

I could not have been happier with Saman. Everything came at a very reasonable price which I could not argue with at all. The service itself was amazing. They always kept up with the schedule, and never kept me waiting for replies. Any time I would check up on the progress id find my kitchen being worked on in a very clean and organized way. They even suggested great additions and changes to my plan in mind which I absolutely love. Overall my kitchen is looking very good and my whole family loves it. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable renovation service.

Mohammad, Korush and their team were just absolutely amazing! Very courteous, polite and professional. Always a good attitude and keeping the work space tidy and clean. I was VERY happy with how it has all turned out for this VERY large renovation! From the opening of the walls, to the hardwood floors, the 2 washrooms and finally our new laundry room.....I am nothing but satisfied with their work! Let's not forget the beautiful paint job at the end as well! I strongly recommend these guys for ANY renovation project you may have!
