Our home was affected by hail and as this was the first time for us in this kind of situation, Ilir guided us how to deal with the insurance company (which denied our initial claim) in order to fight their biased initial advisor appraisal.
Later on he waited on us while we fought the insurance company and once everything was lined up, he purchased the materials, finished the job in one day and cleaned up thoroughly prior leaving.
Overall I found out that Ilir is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, I do strongly recommend Ilir and I consider it a personal pleasure to know him.
