All good - a bit of misunderstanding on whether the job was scheduled full for the day I was expecting, but not totally their fault, and they made it work in the end. Derek who came in was responsive, friendly and explained things well. He also checked a toilet I'd recently installed and cut off the securing bolts that I hadn't yet cutoff.
