I would like to give a big thank you to Shervin and his team. They sanded and refinished the floors in our condo. They were very professional. They worked very hard and were very pleasant to work with. We are extremely happy with the floors. They look great. I recommend Shervin and his team highly.

We moved into a new home and wanted to make the hardwood floors lighter. Shervin and his team did an absolutely excellent job! We love the bright new floors in our home. They were professional, detail oriented and completed the task in a timely manner. We're very happy with the results!

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Sherwins team did an excellent job transforming our hardwood floor in our living room. It used to be a dark cherry colour and we wanted to refinish it to its natural state. This team did an excellent job to give us what we wanted. They also covered the access points to our kitchen and second floor so that dust would not enter these areas. Once the sanding was done, they thoroughly vacuumed the area which saved us the effort of having to clean after! Really nice guys. They answered any questions we had and quickly finished the job! Highly recommend their services! The before and after photos are included in the review.

New Hardwood Floors

Words cannot express how happy we are with our newly refinished hardwood floors that had so many scratches before. We hired Top Flooring to refinish the flooring in our house and match the color with our staircase. Top Flooring team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Shervin instantly replied to our initial request for an estimate and took the time to come in person to answer all of our questions and concerns.

Shervin and his team of 5 were professional, punctual, super friendly and finished the job on the timeline they promised. They clearly take pride in their work and do a fantastic job. Once the floors dried they vacuumed everywhere and made sure our place was all cleaned up. We would certainly contact Top Flooring again for future hardwood flooring projects and strongly recommend them for any flooring job.
